Shadows Over Loathing will have a physical release on Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PS5, two editions will be released on January 30, 2024.
Serenity Forge (Responsible for physical editions of games like Genesis Noir, Dungeon Munchies and Absolute Drift among others) is working on physical editions of Shadows Over Loathing announced today during the Indie World Showcase, Shadows Over Loathing is the continuation of the game West of Loathing 2017, the title developed and published by Asymmetric made its digital debut today on Nintendo Switch.
Two physical editions will be available Standard and Collector's, the first includes a physical copy of the game, illustrated innersheet, reversable OST download card, microfiber mapkin, and glow-in-the-dark stickers, if you're looking for something more filling know that the Collector's Edition includes a physical copy of the game, reversable OST download card, microfiber mapkin, glow-in-the-dark stickers, 3D Collector's Edition box, modern compass, set of coasters, window sticker family, S.I.T. Freshman Disorientation Guide, set of three postcards, and tentacle keychain.
As with every Serenity Forge release, physical editions of Shadows Over Loathing are expected to hit major retailers in addition to its official store.
