Lost in Cult is gearing up for another physical release on Nintendo Switch. The publisher has revealed plans to release Paper Trail for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 sometime in 2026.
In addition to a standard retail edition, a limited edition is on the way. A total of 3,000 copies will be produced, each including the game housed in a collectible mailer box with seasonally rotated illustrations, an essay and developer interview booklet (40 pages) by Thomas Ife, original outer slipcase artwork by Moy Lee, a variant case cover, poster artwork by Bene Rohlmann, a color-themed inner slipcase with a release number code, a fold-out unique artwork poster with a checklist and artist description on the back, four art cards chosen from the developer with captions, and a director's authenticity card (individually numbered).
Paper Trail debuted on Nintendo Switch in 2024 and is currently only available digitally.

On the journey, you learn to fold the world, merging two sides to solve puzzles, explore new areas and uncover long-lost secrets.
