Castle of Heart was released as a Nintendo Switch exclusive in 2018. Retold is a reworked version of the game with both visual and gameplay improvements, although the layouts are generally the same, environments and even the positioning of some enemies are different.
Keen collectors may remember that the original Castle of Heart has had a physical release since 2020. Published by First Press Games in two editions: Regular and Collector's Edition, both are currently available on the publisher's website.
