Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is a fast-paced 1v1 fighter where you battle as your favorite characters from the Avatar franchise. Featuring hand-drawn 2D animation true to the series’ roots, proprietary rollback netcode, and full cross-play for smooth, competitive gameplay.
Modes-
The game will feature several modes, including both local and online versus mode, a single player campaign with an original narrative, combo trials, and a gallery mode.[2]
- Story mode will feature an original canon narrative with interactions between characters from different eras.[7][8] The story was outlined by Michael Dante DiMartino and written by Tim Hedrick.
- Arcade Mode
- Local VS allows up to two players to play against one another in an offline setting.
- Online VS allows the player to find opponents online through both ranked and casual matchmaking or private lobbies.
- Training allows up to two players to play in an untimed setting, where players can fine tune various settings such as the amount of life or chi players have, the behavior of the opposing fighter, and also toggle hitboxes, the level grid, attack data. The mode is useful for practicing controls and combos.
- Gallery allows the player to view and share replays of previously played matches. In later versions, players will eventually be able to view art of stages, characters, and never before seen art from the original animated series.
