Clear River Games has announced a physical release of Terranigma for Nintendo Switch 2 (compatible with the original Nintendo Switch), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X. Both retail and limited editions will be offered.
The standard edition will be available at major retailers starting January 14, 2027. Meanwhile, the Foil, SteelBook, and Gaia limited editions will be available on September 25 exclusively through Limited Run Games, with no date announced so far.
The modern re-release of Terranigma for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 is scheduled for January 14, 2027.
