System 3 has announced a physical release of James Pond Legacy: The Pond Is Not Enough for the Nintendo Switch 2. Pre-orders begin next week.
A strictly limited collector's edition will be available; it includes the game, reversible cover art, a numbered collector’s slipcase, a certificate of authenticity, a double-sided poster, a specially designed printed timeline charting over 35 years of James Pond history, four collectible cards, and an exclusive FI5.H secret agent ID card.
The physical edition will initially be available for £59.99 for the first 1,000 buyers; after that, the price will rise to £69.99.

The collection brings together 12 versions of four classic adventures: James Pond: Underwater Agent, James Pond 2: RoboCod, James Pond 3: Operation Starfish and The Aquatic Games Starring James Pond and the Aquabats.
Spanning versions originally released for the Amiga 500, Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, Super Nintendo Entertainment System and Commodore 64, the collection preserves the distinctive visuals, audio, soundtracks and gameplay of each original release. Players can explore how the games looked, sounded and played across different home computers and consoles.
